"we had a royal shredder for many years we bought a new royal it died first day we tried another and did not take it out of the box we bought the fellowes and it has been terrific very happy and we would recommend it to anyone in fact a friend bought the same model the day after we did and is also very happy"

"The DM12Ct Cross-Cut Shredder was bought to replace the less than reliable one we had. It has worked out great. It's capacity is generous, its does not jam on staples or paper clips and has made the shredding of sensitive documents painless and quick. I would highly recommend it."

"We bought the DM12Ct shredder for the office and it is fantastic. It handles paper, DVDs, credit cards effortlessly and can go for 20 minutes at a time. It makes it so easy to discard our confidential documents. HIghly recommend this for an moderate use."
