"We had another shredder that we used heavily, not knowing that you are only supposed to shred for 20 min at a time and 50 pages max per day. We were glad to have the extra instruction and maintenance cues. This shredder takes care of credit cards and CDs easily and the shred is small ensuring confidentiality. We also like the pull-out bin rather than having to take the top off to empty."

"I recently purchased the DM12Ct shredder and have been very pleased with the product.It's very effecient and appears to almost shred anything.The only situation I encountered was I didn't realize I had hit the cut off button in the back and was trying to figure out why the shredder wouldn't operate.After about five minutes I realized there was a cutoff switch in the back of the unit."

"I just love my new machine, the DM12Ct Cross-Cut Shredder!
At a maximum of 12 pages, my new DM12Ct Cross-Cut shredder saves me time and money.
It can shred 12 pages with ease. It will also shred CDs, amazingly fast.
It has a very smoothe operation. I also bought the Fellowes 12 OZ Performance Oil, for monthly maintenance."
