" It is a very strong machine. very sturdy and does the job.
Worst comment on the machine is that the plastic edge on the right side of the container that pushes power on when you close the container breaks very often. It broke twice when I shake the container to compress papers and clean it before I remove it. I keep getting the same machine because it is good. It jams at a normal rate. I strongly recommend the manufacturer to do something about the plastic trigger on the container. "
