"The shredder works well and meets our needs. This is our second Brothers shredder of this model - the previous one broke within the top in less than one year - but I don't believe that is a normal happening."

"This replaced a previous Fellow Shreader. It is much quieter, quicker and more versital then the previous one. It quickly and cleanly cuts CDs and DVDs in a second. 12 pages will jam it in spite of it's claim. If you use cheep recycled paper it will not jam, but premium paper will."

"So far, so good with the new shredder. Had previous one from local office supply company, had to return two times due to cutting blades breaking. Treating this one like a baby. Hopefully it will last a long time. Used for small business proposes only."
