"I bought the DM12Ct three weeks ago and have been very impressed with it. It is quiet, work like a horse, has not jamed once, and has great capacity for a machine in this price range. It has handled credit cards, cds, and lots of paper. The only thing I miss from my older Fellows, is the safety feature that shut it off if hands got to class. With grandkids around alot, that was a great feature. The older machine did not die, just got moved to another part of the house."

"Over the years I have purchased numerous shreaders. They never last and they jam, causing bigger headaches than anticipated. This shreader holds it own. No jamming and paper shreads with ease. ALso shreads CD's DVD's and credit cards with no effort at all. I am VERY PLEASED."
"Bought this shredder to replace an older Fellowes that finally gave up the ghost. Larger bin, better feed and shredding, and much quieter."

"We are quite pleased with our purchase. The shredder works well, and has no problem shredding many papers at one time, including staples. It doesn't jam or overheat. The shredded paper bin does seem to fill up quickly, but this is the first time we have had a cross cut shredder, so it may just be the fact of the cross cut that does it. If the bin gets too full, it is messy to pull out and emply. I would like an area available to just dump papers that don't need to be shredded in the bin. It is a little noisy though."

"I've had multiple home shredders before. Work fine on small jobs, but constantly overheat when more has to be processed. This is a good capacity shredder for a home office situation."
