"Of all the shredders we've ever owned (and there have been quite a few), this is perhaps the quietest one. It does an outstanding job on whatever we throw at it to shred without jams or problems. It has a larger capacity and finer cut than previous ones owned, which makes it perfect for everyday use. It would be nice if it were on wheels to make it a bit easier to move to different locations, but that is a minor inconvienience."

"After extensive shredder research I decided that I would buy the Fellowes DM12Ct Cross-Cut Shredder at Costco. The primary reason was that it received very high reviews and it had all of the features that I was seeking. The price was also within my budget. So far, this shredder has met my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others."
