"Had an older smaller Fellowes previously that we were happy with but we want more features. This was an upgrade for us - larger bin, shreds more sheets and credit cards and CDs. Has been working great and serving our purposes."

"I purchased this to replace my 5-year old Fellowes that finally died after daily use. I did my research and went to the local office supply box store. They were out of that model, it was a major snow storm and I needed a shredder. This model was more powerful than the one I intended to purchase, but the price was right. I am pleased as punch. It is faster, has a much more convenient drawer to empty and a bigger capacity. I couldn't be happier."
