"I have purchased several shredders over the years. Approximately every 2 years the teeth get worn out and I need to buy a replacement. I decided to spend a bit more for this shredder and I have to say so far it is worth the investment. It is a commercial grade shredder that can handle the workload of our house with 3 kids papers and all of the documents we shred. I am confident that this shredder will last years longer than anything I have purchased in the past. I would definitely recommend this shredder."

"I purchased several other shredders before this one but had to return them because they didn't hold up to what was said they could do. Since I bought my Fellowes CM12Ct I have put it through heavy duty use and it has performed beyond my expectations. It delivers as advertised, every time.
