"After my last shredder slowely died, and cut docs in larger oval pieces, we got this one that cut docs into much smaller pieces, effortlessly, and quieter. Seems to laugh at whatever is thrown at it. SOLID! Easy to pull out bin and empty without removing heavy cutter top."

"The shredder lives up to its product description. It should be used by everyone. Identity theft is too prevalent. The use of this machine will help prevent it. Everyone should examine all hard copy they throw out and consider shredding first."
