"I was had to shred 6 years of outdated business records from an old business of mine and the shredder I had kept jamming and causing all sorts of problems.
I went on line and a local business had this shredder on sail and the specs looked good so I got it.
It was the best decision I have made in a long time it went thru box after box of records (staples and all) quickly and with only a jam or two (caused by me trying to put too many sheets thru it at one time), the instructions for getting out of a jam conditions worked every time. After all is said and done I had 7 yard trash bags filled and was very happy. Also, paper grocery bags fit right in for easy removal of shredded paper."

"Had a Remington Shredder for many years. Recently purchased the DM12 CT Cross Cut Shredder. This shredder is easy to operate. Performance is fast and quiet. I was suprised that it was heavier than I expected. However it is a work horse. I expect that it will last a long time. DM12 CT Cross Cut Shredder is an outstanding product and I would recommend it to anyone."
