"I purchased this product as a replacement for an old shredder from Fellowes. It has a greater capacity (12 sheets) and is quieter than my old shredder and I especially like the slide to cut up old plastic cards and CD's. If it lasts as long as my old one, it will pay for itself over time."

"Hi! My teenager was assigned to shred a box of outdated records, and the shredder jammed by inserting too many documents at one time. Thanks to the online Fellowes Manual, we quickly learned how easy we could remove the documents from our DM12C unit: free and clear to complete the task."
