"I bought this shredder primarily for the crosscut feature. This is a feature that is much superior to the strip shredder I had previously. Additionally the multiple sheets being able to be shredded at one time is a real plus. Although I don't use it often, the credit card shredding capability is also a good added feature.
This was a good purchase."

"I truly enjoy the power and convenience of my new shredder. Love the pullout bin too. It never seems to bog down even when I shred the maximum amount of sheets thru the shredder all at once. I like the quietness of the shredder. I am very pleased with this shredder!!!"

"Finally, I have a shredder that works exactly as advertised. Multiple pages get handled with no jamming. The machine just sits there and does its thing and doesn't overheat. You can see the quality in the overall fit, finish, and solid feel of this shredder. I'm very happy because it's one of those few products you buy that does what you expected it to do."
