"This machine never jammed on me. It's got a powerful motor that eats sheets of paper with ease. This is my second Fellows DM12Ct (one for home and one for the office). Has never let me down."

"This is one POWERFUL shredder; it's gobbled up everything I've thrown at it! You'd have to burn the papers and cards I've put through mine in order to further destroy them.
The ONLY reason that I gave it a 4-Star rating on Performance (really, 5-Stars as to Performance) & Durability is because I've had it for less than a year and don't feel I can adequately address the Durability of it yet, although I really do not foresee this being an issue."
