"File cabinet drawers contained paid bills and other saved errata 10 (or more) years old. This presumably weighed over a ton and was creating sinkhole on that side of the house. It took a full day to cull/sort and dozens of filled container trips to recycle bin but the 'once per decade Spring Cleaning' is now mere memory. Hereafter, this will be a semi-annual event that I'll cater for friends/relatives.
Rating: 5 stars. Performed admirably and far quieter than I'd expected. Performance: 4 stars but only because absolute durability has not yet been established. Jam Resistance: 4 stars. It did balk a bit with 'War & Peace'. Safe Operation: Impeccable and quite easy to lubricate as well."

"Excellent product. Quiet, efficient, cuts very well-doesn't stick to teeth. 3 previous shredders, not Fellowes were junk. Reputable company, reputable name. Purchased at Costco. Great price for a great product."
