"Before I purchased this shredder, I had broken about fifteen scissors. This shredder is the best, it takes everthing I put in it, and doesn't jam. I have nothing but praie for this little might. I am very happy with this shredder.

"The only real "con" I find with this product is that the slot for paper is just too small. Fellowes, please listen up. Several of us who truly like this shredder find the paper slot a little aggravating to work with, especially if there is a large amount of paper to shred. Once the shredder "grabs" the paper, it is very quick. But even after several hundred sheets, I still have difficulty getting the paper in correctly for auto start the first time. And because the slot is so small, if the paper is a little askew, the shredding leaves gobbed up strips on the right or left side. All that said, this is an excellent shredder. I could not make it jam. It is a work horse, quiet, quick, and so far, holding up well to heavy use. The only reason I gave "Performance and Durability" 4 stars is the paper feed issue and I have only run 3 or 4 thousands sheets of paper through the shredder. Time will tell, but so far, I'm very pleased."
