" This is one great machine! Our first Fellowes shredder was a small capacity model It worked fine, for years, but this one works GREAT! It is so quiet, that you can't believe it's actually running! In this day & age of protecting information, a company or individual, can't be too careful! We shred anything & everything with names, addresses, ect. This machine will handle that & more! I can't say enough about this "office worker"!

" When I purchased this shredder we were very excited. No more paper jams and we would no longer have to repurchace a new one every few months. But we have a problem, everytime we turn the shredder on to use it the shredder will not go off without manually turning it off. We have cleaned it, per the instructions, with no results. I e-mailed the manufacturer and was sent to a web site for service but when I click on the = sign for service in my area, all I received was a screen saying not available. We like its performance but it doesn't want to stop.
