" This is a great product. We had a smaller Fellowes shredder prior to getting this one for our office. Love the capacity, as we shred lots of documents. One of our favorite features is how quiet this shredder is. It is quieter than the smaller version.

" I have only had the shredder 2 days, however at this time it is exactly what I had hoped it would be! It is extremely quiet. I have not shredded credit cards or CDs as of yet, so I'm unable to provide information on that. My only "complaint" (if you will), is the cardboard bin that serves as the waste receptacle for the shred waste. There should, at minimum, be a plastic bin inside, not cardboard. Keep in mind your shredder bags are much larger to accommodate the cardboard bin. If you purchase the Fellowes bags, you will pay approximately $1.00 per bag! I researched and purchased clear trash bags, in the same exact size, at about 5 cents per bag (if even that). However, all in all, very happy with the purchase (through Amazon).
