" I was thoroughly impressed when this machine arrived. There was nothing to assembly - which was a bonus. Though we had a hard time locating the manual - but that was our error for not paying attention. Start-up was a breeze as well.
Time to put it to the test: .... this machine was impressively quick for shredding. We started with one page and worked our way up. There was no jamming and the cutting blades worked great.
I firmly feel we got a great deal for this product and everyone in the office is very happy about the purchase. Also, the waste basket capacity is fantastic. No constant trips to the recycle tote. "

" A heavy duty machine. Impressed with the capacity control that helps to eliminate paper jams. Because machine is powerful, I like the safety protection system to prevent injuries from occuring.
