Pros: Secure Cut Size, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: Quality Construction, Warranty, durability
" I purchased the C-120C and it worked for less than a month. I was referred to a local repair facility that returned the item to me stating that it had been repaired. It failed again the next day. I contacted Fellowes and was offered a free replacement. It arrived within a week and failed within a week - same problem as the first one. After contacting Fellowes, I was told they were having some issues with this shredder. They offered me two shredders to replace it because it is rated for continuous use and the replacements were not. The larger of the two replacement shredders was an SB-97CS. Its first failure was that it ran continuously. Yes I cleaned the sensors, but to no avail. Now, it won't run at all because it reports the bin as full even when it is empty. Again, I cleaned the bin full sensors and that did not help. I contacted Fellowes and was given instructions for disassembly and further cleaning---no help. It still does not work. Now I am being offered a 20% discount on a new shredder. Why in the world would I purchase another shredder from a company that has yet to provide me with even one that works. "
