" I love the fact that this shredder will handle 18 sheets of paper at once, and that if crosscuts into small bits. Not only do I use it for shredding junk mail, newspapers, and scrap paper; I also use the shreddings for making compost for the garden.

" We recently upgraded from a previous Fellowes shredder that had finally reached the end of its useful life. We decided to spend a little more on a new shredder this time around. When we received our new 99ci , the sturdiness alone made us feel that we made the right choice. The 99Ci is great!!! its the quality shredder that we definitely needed. " My purchase order arrived in less than four days. I received a follow up call from Antonio at least two days before delivery. He confirmed delivery and to fulfill answers to my concerns on the new shredder. Set up on item was easy and a slim structure for assigned space in the office/guest room. " EXCELLENT product! Just received and I am shredding like mad. Have several elderly relatives who kept tons of sensitive information - literally boxes and boxes of files that could not be disposed of in the trash. Facing HOURS of work. Cost of having them shredded by Office Depot or a mobile shredding service was more than the cost of this shredder and now I have one for even my heaviest personal needs. I am VERY impressed that this shredder will cut through junk mail without having to open every single piece of the wretched stuff. I use one at work and knew this was what I needed. Looking forward to many happy years with this baby.

" I should have bought this a long time ago. I had a "home" shredder that did not work well or last long. This Brand tears through junk mail, credit cards, and is much more secure than the strip style shredders. I just plowed through an entire box of junk mail and it was more satisfying than I ever could have imagined. Staples, paper clips, this beast never skipped a beat!

" This is my third, OOPs fourth fellows shredder. The others are still working and one, a PS 75, has got to be over 20 years old and still working fine. I wouldn't have considered another brand.

" Have already completed today's max shredding and all went so smoothly and very quiet. Product is easy to move around on the castors once I got them installed. Had to use a rubber hammer on two of them. It handled 15 sheets very quietly. Wish the manual had included oiling instructions and had to discover online.
