" First day owning this shredder and so far has worked really well. No jams, nice big bin, stylish and classy. I'm putting in some envelopes to be shredded and it's powering through them. Every once in a while the envelope is a little to big to handle and I have to coax the machine to take it and that is the only downfall. I guess i'll have to see if it still works the same way a year from now and if it does then i'll be a happy customer :)

" I broke the old office shredder putting too much through but it was bittersweet as I came in the office the next morning to the big daddy of shredders. We shred EVERYTHING here in our office. Since we are a dental office most of our paper has personal information so any and everything is shredded. We also recycle everything and therefore shred even post it notes to make more room int he recycling bin. This shredder is fast effecient and I dont even have to worry about it taking off a finger at the same time! Hope this is helpful for anyone considering buying this-I highly recomend it!

" I work in a special day class in healdsburg california. We use our shredder as a cottage industry for my students. The shredder is used every day for several hours. With just minimal maintence this shredder has kept going and going. We have shred thousands of pages and have yet to have a jam or malfunction. " We purchased this product to replace a very old Fellowes shredder that was still working but didn't have the power to handle our current needs. Donated it to charity. The 99Ci impressed me with it's well thought out features and design. It is fun to use very quiet, never jammed and I just destroyed about 10 years worth of documents. Also loved the CD DVD shredder. That surprised me how well and painless it was to use. The safety feature was a brilliant idea. Also like the fact that it shows you when your paper basket is full. Like it so much I'm running around looking for more things to shred. This product gets a thumbs up from me. Thank you Fellowes!

" i had a shredder from an office store and the jamming every time i put in more than 3 sheets of paper in....then sitting for an hour with a nail file and tweezers trying to unjam it......I had it! i went all out and got the 99ci and oh boy what a great machine!! it was a little pricy but well worth it! Quite, great quality...a little larger than i had anticipated but it still fits in my space where my other one was. i would definitely save your pennies for this one! great product! i haven't shredded credit cards yet but i have no doubts that it will do a tremendous job on those too. Start saving!!

" Never paid more than $120 for a shredder before. This one at almost double that amount is much more substantial, runs smoothly when it shreds and is not too loud. It's been in use for about 60 days at this point and has performed flawlessly. Hopefully it will last much longer than the less expensive shredders we had previously.

" Finally, a product that does what it says it will do. I have use this shredder regularly since i got and not even a hiccup from it. It's very quiet and not noisy like my last one from Fellowes. It's built well and made to take more then most others out there. The safety features are outstanding, and the sheet capacity is also a feature that got me to try this. I also like that it can shred cd's, paper clips, and staples. All in all it is a very capable shredder, and one that i would recommend.

" We had another shredder that could barely get through 4 pages without overheating, but when we got the 99Ci we were able to accomplish our shredding in a breeze. This little machine has so much power and is completely safe. If you get your fingers anywhere near the blades it stops its shredding until its safe. Best thing we've purchased for the office in a long time!

" This shredder is the best we have ever had, and is so worth the money! Instead a cheap shredder at Wal-Mart, which needs to be replaced every 2 years! We are really enjoying the "quiet", "fast", and "many sheets at time". It is so quiet and the cut size and safety feature is wonderful. I think that the credit card, CD added shredder is a plus also. Thank you for great shredder we now have at our office!
